What is a recovery coach?

As a recovery coach, I will help you heal your relationship with food, exercise, and your body. I will also help you break free from diet culture which tells you everything about your body and diet need to be changed. My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental. I am LGBTQIA+, racially, and culturally respectful and inclusive. If you are a chronic-dieter, struggle with emotional eating, are in recovery from an eating disorder, and/or struggle with issues around body image, you have come to the right place.
