My approach

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and begin or continue your healing journey. I focus on providing trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and gender-affirming therapy where everyone is welcome. Therapy is a collaborative process and each therapeutic relationship is unique. I primarily use an Emotion Focused lens and am trained in EMDR. Everyone’s needs are unique, so I will tailor treatment to meet their unique needs. You, your story, and how you got to where you are today are important to me and your healing journey. Together we will explore your unique stories, experiences, and goals for your future. Therapy should be a supportive space where you can begin to heal, facilitate change, and reach your goals.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic illnesses, women's issues, LGBTQIA issues, self exploration and growth, daily life and work stress, and relationship challenges. 

Services and fees

I offer virtual-only individual counseling sessions for adults in California, Oregon, and Washington. Virtual sessions can be done over video or the phone and from the comfort of your own home. 

In order to assess if we are a good fit therapeutically, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your goals for counseling.

  • Individual counseling session: $200 for 50 minutes. I also offer sliding scale spots, so feel free to reach out about availability.  

  • I am able to provide superbills for possible reimbursement of out-of-pocket payments.

Weekly sessions are recommended particularly in the beginning to help establish the therapeutic relationship, however, it is not required. We can work together to create a schedule that meets your needs.

No surprises Act/ Good Faith Estimates

In accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act of 2022, you are entitled to and will receive an annual Good Faith Estimate from me for all anticipated Out of Pocket services.
