My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, affirming and culturally inclusive. I believe you are the expert on your life and that therapy is a collaborative process. I create a non-judgmental space for you to feel heard, process emotions, work through trauma, and achieve personal growth.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy is a trauma processing technique that utilized bilateral stimulation in various forms (eye movements, sounds, tapping) in order to reprocess and integrate traumatic experiences/memories.EMDR can also be used for many other challenges such as anxiety, phobias, depression, and chronic pain.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
Being neurodivergent, we can easily feel misunderstood and not know where to turn. Therapy can be a great place to start or continue this journey.
Individual Therapy
Providing you a comfortable space to explore your inner world, talk things out, and get to know your emotions and how to process them.

LGBTQIA2S+ Therapy
Affirming, meaningful care with a queer therapist. A space where you can explore your sexuality and gender identity and/or just have a space where you can be exactly who you are.
About Me

Milena Trifunovich, M.A. LPCC, LPC, LMHC
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and begin or continue your healing journey. I focus on providing trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and gender-affirming therapy where everyone is welcome. Therapy is a collaborative process and each therapeutic relationship is unique. I primarily use an Emotion Focused lens and am trained in EMDR. Everyone’s needs are unique, so I will tailor treatment to meet their unique needs. You, your story, and how you got to where you are today are important to me and your healing journey. Together we will explore your unique stories, experiences, and goals for your future. Therapy should be a supportive space where you can begin to heal, facilitate change, and reach your goals.
