​I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon and my Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University Northridge. I am a cisgendered, queer woman who was born and raised in Los Angeles. I have lived experienced with trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, ADHD, and queer identity. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my dogs, joyful movement, pilates, socializing with friends and family, interior design, and taking care of my houseplants. ​​
